After graduating from art college, Bert joined The Mill where he developed an in-depth knowledge of the post-production industry. Bert has been with Beam for four years working with creative agencies and brands, supervising global campaigns, and working on accounts including Amazon, Apple, and Marks & Spencer's.

Olat joined Beam delivery in 2008 and now manages all global distribution. With almost 20 years' experience in broadcast and post-production, Olat has a full understanding of the campaign delivery process and is always a calming presence in the most challenging of campaigns.
