Beam's very own marathon man Michael Wiggins competed in the London to Brighton 100K race last Saturday, raising money for his chosen charity Help for Heroes
With over 26 marathons under his belt, in 2015 Michael decided it was time for a new feat, which led him to take part in the London 2 Brighton Challenge, coming in at an impressive 16th place overall.
Michael, who ran the 100K in a time of 11.39.57, has raised well over his £500 sponsorship target and I think you'll agree he is a real hero! Donate to Help the Heros by visiting Michael's Just Giving page
