Beam was originally established as an in-house FTP process to allow clients to review and approve visual-effects work being completed by our sister company, The Mill in London. By working alongside The Mill we fully understand the creative process that drives the marketing industry and have been able to extend our core services by becoming a project-management tool and a true pioneer of digital-asset management.
Today we store, adapt and send thousands of assets to hundreds of television broadcasters worldwide, and manage a secure archive in excess of 2,500,000 assets.

Managing Director - Operations
Noreen has over 20 years' experience in the advertising industry and is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of all client-facing operational areas. Starting agency-side at Grey and DMB&B in the TV departments, before making the transition to the supplier side. Noreen was responsible for setting up operations at the digital-delivery company IMD before she left as Operations Director. This was followed by a stint at Adstream again as Operations Director and before joining the Beam team in 2004.

Managing Director - Commercial
Stephanie is ACCA-qualified and has over 9 years of financial experience within the banking and media industries. In May 2012, Stephanie took the natural transition from Beam Financial Controller to Commercial Director, where she undertakes the responsibility for all commercial aspects of the Beam group.

Director of Sales and Operations, Americas
Based in New York, Gail oversees the entire US-based team whose sole focus is working with brands and agencies, as well as, of course, servicing The Mill. Gail comes with over 12 years of advertising experience, having started her career at Ogilvy & Mather on the IBM account. Gail has worked at both large agencies and boutique start-ups in account management, sales and operations.

Kate joined Beam in 2006 with over 10 years' post-production and distribution experience. As Head of Client Accounts and Business Development, Kate has a wealth of industry experience to help Beam clients find the optimum fulfilment route for any campaign.

Head of Development
James has been working in the IT industry for the last 9 years and is responsible for overseeing the ongoing maintenance and support of the Beam platforms, as well as developing new products and features to keep Beam up to date with the latest web technology and methodologies. James brings with him his wealth of knowledge from all aspects of the development lifecycle gained from working for one of the UK's largest home-delivery mail-order companies, and building payment and information gateway systems and microsites for one of the world's top 5 banking corporations.

Matt joined Beam as Head of Sales in the Summer of 2013 having worked extensively in the marketing, media and digital space for the past 7 years developing campaigns for a broad range of brands and agencies across Europe.

Managing Director - Adtext
June has over 25 years' experience in the advertising industry, joining Beam in 2008 as Managing Director of Adtext. She has a full understanding of the pressures agencies face as they strive to place advertising campaigns on air, on time and on the right stations. Prior to joining Adtext, she worked for Ascent Media and has held positions at New Crane Publishing and ITV.
